If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within the first 30 days of your membership start date. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.
For cancellations of event space bookings, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Refunds for cancellations made within the specified period will be processed within 7–10 business days. No-shows and late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
